Motivated to make change, company director John Grout began as a founding board member of One Co Foundation back in 2016 — a not-for-profit organisation that equips and empowers business owners with custom philanthropic initiatives that are simple and easy to implement.
Having experienced first hand the organization’s impact in developing countries, John continually encourages other businesses to use their success for good too.

Iridium EC are incredibly proud to support a range of organisations, including sponsorship of eleven children through World Vision and supporting artists with disabilities to express their creativity.
Within our local community, we encourage excellence by sponsoring awards nights at local schools, contribute to mental health awareness at an annual golf event, and give much needed funds to several junior sports teams.

Over the years, we’ve become of one the largest suppliers of electrical apprenticeships in Gippsland. Our team of experienced electricians and technicians find it rewarding to oversee the development and growth of our young apprentices — about half of which continue to work at Iridium EC after completing their qualifications.
